About Us

Annie Asch, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Annie is the founder of Asch Therapy Group. She has 30 years of experience working with individuals and couples struggling with relationship problems, depression, anxiety, and parenting concerns. She uses research-based, proven models of therapy including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Parts Work, EMDR, and Neurofeedback. Her expertise in couples therapy makes her work with individuals even more effective because relationships are so central to individual feelings of depression, anxiety, and self worth. One of the most important factors in successful therapy is a safe and nurturing relationship between client and therapist. Annie creates a supportive and confidential space in which you can achieve your goals and make the life changes you desire.

Annie is certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Supervision, EMDR, and Gottman Couples Therapy.

She is the mother of three young adults, including twins. Before becoming a psychotherapist, she worked training service dogs and horses.

Mathew is a certified EFT Couples Therapist. His approach is authentic and nurturing as he incorporates evidence based models of therapy including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Focused EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy. Before joining Asch Therapy Group, he worked as a therapist and supervisor with teens in residential treatment as well as young adults, parents, and families.

In his spare time, Mathew enjoys working and playing in his garden and sharing his love of nature with his daughters.

Tamara Lipton, LMFT

She is collaborative and thoughtful in providing a safe space for clients to achieve their goals as they work towards understanding and healing.

Outside of her work as a therapist, Tamara enjoys listening to diverse styles of music, exploring art, and spending quality time with her husband.
