Annie is the founder of Asch Therapy Group. She has over 25 years of experience working with individuals and couples struggling with relationship problems, depression, anxiety, and parenting concerns. She uses research-based, proven models of therapy in her work. Her expertise in couples therapy makes her work with individuals even more effective because relationships are so central to individual feelings of depression, anxiety, and self worth. One of the most important factors in successful therapy is a safe and nurturing relationship between client and therapist. Annie creates a supportive and confidential space in which you can achieve your goals and make the life changes you desire.
Annie is certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Supervision, EMDR, and Gottman Couples Therapy.
She is the mother of three young adults, including twins. Before becoming a psychotherapist, she worked training service dogs and horses.
